I got myself this year's xmas present a little early, when I both received notice of what the company xmas bonus will be and also saw this piece of glass had dropped 1 kSEK since the last time I looked. And today I got it in the mail.

Looks like the Image Stabilizer works pretty OK, making a hand held shot at 1/13 s shutter time when zoomed in fully to 105 mm focal length. Also, it looks like I need to clean the display of my laptop.

Alpha Shade Surprise Delivery Day
When I got back home after work, via coffee at Santinis, I found a strange USPS envelope on the floor. When looking closer to pick it up I saw the Alpha-Shade sticker in the corner of the envelope and got a little much needed mood boost when I realised what would be the contents: chapter one and two of the colorful glossy paper print.

EOS 20D delivery day!
Today I got a delivery with the Canon EOS 20D that I've been wanting for a long time. Just impatiently waiting for its LiION battery to fully charge so I can start takeing a lot of horribly badly composed pictures.

And reading the german manual is fun too.

Blake's 7, VHS to DVD conversion completed.
The fourth season DVD box is finally in my media rack. 26 VHS tapes down. Perhaps the 58 Babylon 5 tapes should go next?

Sweet and pungent
little gamers book one and two arrived in a jiffybag. The fscking braindead mailman tried hard to push the bag through the mail slot in my front door so I had to pull it free from the outside. Luckily, not much damage done to the contents. One of the bonus LG postcards was a bit crumbled in a corner, but I think that's all.
